Melissa here with the Machakos team. We had work projects today. Some sanded and painted the walls of the kindergarten school that TCA built in the previous years and some painted playground equipment of a baby orphanage. There were some very sick little babies in the Springs of Hope Orphanage today to whom we were honored to be able to be the hands and feet of Christ. Several of these precious ones were abandoned at a hospital or other location right after birth. We so appreciate your continued prayers as we grow physically and emotionally tired. It is at this point that we really are reminded how much we need our precious Father to provide us with strength only He can give. VBS went well today. The kids - all 203 of them - really seem to be hearing the word of God and enjoying fellowship with their new friends from America. The music, skit, outside games and craft handouts all went smoothly.
